A mobile bar is a transportable bar setup paired with a professional bartender, bringing the party wherever you are. Mobile bars are increasingly popular thanks to their flexibility, customizability, and ability to transform any space into a memorable experience. Backyard, barn, woods, warehouse—you name it, we’ve got your bar covered.

Tini Mobile Bar operates as a “dry hire” bar. This means that by law, we are not permitted to purchase or transport alcohol for your event. Instead, we provide each client with a customized alcohol shopping list based on your menu and guest count. Once the alcohol is on-site, we take care of everything else—mixing, serving, and creating a seamless bar experience.

Yes! Tini Mobile Bar carries full general liability insurance and works exclusively with TIPS-certified bartenders, so you can relax and enjoy your event. We’re also happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for venues that require one.

We love a good party and are happy to travel! Simply include your event location in the inquiry form, and we’ll confirm availability and any applicable travel fees.

We arrive approximately 1.5 hours before service begins to ensure the bar is fully set, styled, and ready to go when your guests arrive.

Yes! While cocktails are our specialty, we’re happy to serve mocktails, coffee, hot cocoa, and other non-alcoholic beverages, or really anything you’d like us to pour. From zero-proof menus and cozy coffee bars to hot cocoa stations or custom drinks for kids, expecting parents, or sober-curious guests, we love creating a beverage experience that fits your event.

Yes! We provide the bar setup, bartending service, mixers, garnishes, ice, napkins, straws, and all bar tools needed for service. Disposable cups are included unless otherwise noted, and specialty glassware or branded cups can be added upon request or provided by the host.

The number of bartenders depends on your guest count, service style, and event flow. As a general rule, one bartender can comfortably serve up to 60 guests, but larger or higher-volume events may require additional staff. We’ll make a recommendation during the booking process to ensure smooth, efficient service.

We do not provide full wedding-day bar service. However, we love being part of wedding celebrations—including engagement parties, bridal showers, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding brunches, and other related events.

Absolutely! Custom cocktails and themed bar setups are kind of our thing. We work with each client to design a menu and bar aesthetic that fits your event—whether that’s thematic, seasonal, branded, or color-coordinated.

Gratuity is not included in our base pricing. Clients are welcome to tip bartenders directly, or a gratuity can be added to your invoice in advance for convenience.

We get it, plans change! Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your event are eligible for a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved your date, staffing, and supplies. If you need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible, we’re always happy to do our best to accommodate based on availability.
